An all time favorite, Kausar’s Chocolate Custard is fluffy and creamy. Heat the stated quantity of milk and about four tablespoons of sugar. Keep stirring so that sugar dissolves. Now make a smooth paste with about two teaspoons of Kausar’s Chocolate Custard mix and a little quantity of milk, then add it to the simmering milk pot. Once the mixture starts to change to a lovey brown color and thickens, remove from the heat. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate. Before serving, decorate with fresh cream and chocolate chips.
