PLAIN SPICES INTRODUCTION
The star of any cuisine, spice is the most important ingredient in our cooking. Used to enhance flavor, add color and that magical aroma, spice and Pakistani food go hand and hand. The great thing about spices is that different flavors can be extracted from the same spice by using them in their different forms such as grinding, roasting, adding them whole or by combining a few together.
