VEGETABLE CURRY

Commonly cooked in every household as a regular side dish along side meat or daal, mix vegetables can now be made even tastier by adding Kausar’s seasoning when tossing vegetables in the pan. The aroma released is so mouthwatering that one would just like to enjoy it with plain roti.

Vegetable-Curry.
Ingredients:
500-750 gms Assorted Vegetables
2 finely chopped Onions
2 finely chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup Ghee / Oil
3-4 tbsp of Kausar Vegetable masala

Method:

Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add onion slices and add chopped tomatoes. Fry till they soften.

Add 3-4 tbsp of Kausar Vegetable Curry masala and toss in the assorted vegetables. Stir and add 1 cup of water if needed.

Cook on high heat for a few minutes till the vegetables are tender. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
