Prepared the very same way as the traditional qorma, meat or chicken can be braised in Kausar’s special white masala, with green paste for that unique flavor and creamy yogurt which forms the base of the qorma curry. Garnished with green chilies, coriander leaves, and roasted almonds, this dish is best enjoyed with sheermal or taftan.

1kg boneless cubes of Chicken
1 tbsp Kausar Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
400 gms of Kausar ready to cook fried onion
2 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 cup Whipped Yogurt
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Ghee / Oil
1 packet Kausar Chicken White Qorma masala


Marinate the chicken cubes in ginger, garlic paste, Kausar Chicken White Qorma Masala and green chilli paste for 30 minutes.

Grind fried onions with yogurt and set aside. In a pan add ghee / oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces for 5 minutes.

Now add the onion and yogurt mixture. Cover and cook for 15 minutes till the oil separates. Now add lemon juice and remove from the flame.
